Every candidate is different and thus we'll spend our time on the most important aspects of your process! In general, this package proceeds as follows: Overview: Introductory Session (1 hr.): We'll start by going over the basics of the full recruiting process, including resumes, networking, case interviews and build a detailed timeline to prepare you for success! Resume review (1 hr.) We'll revise your resume to make you look as polished and impressive as possible, without TOO many exaggerations Networking, targeting, & timeline planning (1 hr.): We'll talk about differences between firms, how to prioritize your targets, and how to effectively network Case Skills Workshops: Case skills- introduction and overview (1 hr.): We'll do a high-level overview of all the aspects of the case and talk about study & practice stratgies Case skills- frameworks (1 hr.): We'll focus on building key skills required for case interviews, including market sizing, exhibits analysis, and math problem-solving techniques Case skills- Case math & charts (1 hr.): We'll talk through the most common types of math on case interviews, some key shortcuts / tips for success, how to attack charts that show up during the case, and highlight key areas of needed practice! Case skills- Brainstorming & concluding (1hr): We'll talk through ways to show creativity on cases and how to finish strong! Case skills- Advanced casing (1hr): Once you've started to nail the basics, we'll dive into more advanced topics. Full cases: Mock Interviews: To help you prepare for your actual interviews, we'll conduct full-length mock case interviews, with personalized feedback debriefs and written feedback after each session.
