All sessions blend strategic reflection and applied practice. You’ll leave each meeting with clear next steps and micro-habits to reinforce new behaviors between sessions. Between calls, you’ll have email access for quick questions, progress updates, or reflection notes.
Scheduling & Rescheduling: Sessions are typically held bi-weekly over six months and must be completed within 7 months of the start date. At least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session. Missed or last-minute cancellations will be counted as completed sessions. Communication Between Sessions: Clients are welcome to reach out via email for brief updates or reflection prompts between sessions. Responses are provided within 1–2 business days. Extended or urgent support may be scheduled as an additional session. Leadership Circle Profile (LCP): This engagement includes the LCP 360° assessment and a 90-minute private debrief. The assessment must be completed within the first 45 days of the program. Confidentiality: All coaching conversations, materials, and data (including assessment results) are fully confidential. Results Disclaimer: Coaching focuses on professional development and self-leadership. While outcomes vary by individual, each engagement is designed to deliver measurable clarity, confidence, and growth.
