About Danielle
For more than two decades, I have worked in and around the spaces where people's careers either take off or quietly stall. I have served in HR, talent, and people and culture consulting roles, and I have spent years coaching professionals through some of the most pivotal transitions of their careers. I built my coaching practice because I believe the right support, at the right time, changes everything. My own professional journey took me through some of the most demanding environments in business, including McKinsey & Company and Kirkland & Ellis, and those experiences gave me a clear picture of what it actually takes to lead well under pressure and what tends to get in the way. I am a McKinsey Gold Certified Coach and an ICLI Certified Executive Leadership Coach. My work centers on two areas: career advancement and leadership coaching, both designed specifically for women who are ready to stop waiting and start moving. If you have been doing the work, delivering results, and still feel like your career is not moving the way you envisioned, I help you build clarity on what you actually want, identify what is getting in the way, and create a strategic path forward that is built around you. If you are in a leadership role or stepping into one, I work with you on the real, day-to-day work of leading: managing and developing teams, navigating workplace politics, and showing up with the kind of confidence that holds even when the environment around you does not. As a Black woman and a woman of faith, I bring a lived understanding of what it means to navigate professional spaces at the intersection of race, gender, and belief. For clients who want coaching that acknowledges and honors those dimensions of their experience, I am fully equipped and genuinely glad to hold that space, if specifically requested.
Why do I coach?
I coach because support should not be a luxury. Throughout my career, I watched talented, hardworking professionals struggle in silence because they did not have access to the right guidance at the right time. I was sometimes that person. The right conversation, with the right person, at the right moment can change everything, and I know that firsthand. Coaching is how I make that kind of support real and accessible for people who are ready for it. I show up fully for every client because I know what it means to finally have someone genuinely in your corner.
