About Daniel

I’m a former Project Leader at BCG, where I advised clients across the public sector, infrastructure, and private equity spaces and spent 6-months on secondment with the Partnership for Public Service's Center for Presidential Transition.. My experience spans strategic transformations, due diligence, and large-scale organizational initiatives, giving me firsthand insight into how consultants think, problem-solve, and communicate with impact. I’ve also served as an office lead for recruiting at Wharton and as an interviewer for Associate candidates. Before BCG, I got my MBA at Wharton and worked in political campaigns and advocacy. I enjoy working with candidates from non-traditional backgrounds and those from non-target undergraduate programs, helping them translate their unique experiences into compelling consulting narratives. Whether you’re targeting MBB or boutique firms, I bring both deep firm-side experience and a clear understanding of how to stand out as a candidate.

Why do I coach?

I coach because I know how challenging it can be to navigate consulting recruiting without a roadmap. I was the first in my family to go to grad school and went through the application process without admissions coaching or guidance. With a non-traditional career background, the structured MBA recruiting process was foreign to me and an experience I had to navigate on my own. That experience drives me to help others, especially candidates from non-traditional backgrounds or non-target schools, to find their fit, tell their stories effectively, and approach interviews with confidence. I enjoy helping people translate their experiences into compelling consulting narratives and identify the opportunities that best align with their skills and goals.
