Hi, I’m Cristin. I’m a former U.S. Army Blackhawk pilot and aviation company commander who later earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and built a career in leadership roles across technology, startups, and entrepreneurship. Today I lead Brave Peak, a platform focused on small business ownership, entrepreneurship, and leadership development. Through Brave Peak, I acquire and operate businesses, advise founders and operators, and coach veterans navigating the transition into civilian leadership. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of mentoring dozens of fellow veterans as they move from military service into civilian careers. What I’ve learned is that the challenge isn’t capability. Veterans bring extraordinary leadership, discipline, and resilience. The real challenge is translating those strengths into the language and opportunities of the civilian world. My coaching focuses on helping veterans: • Clarify what they want their next chapter to look like • Translate military leadership into civilian value • Navigate career paths in business, startups, and entrepreneurship • Build confidence and identity beyond the uniform • Make thoughtful, strategic career moves rather than reactive ones Because I’ve spent time in both worlds, both leading soldiers and building businesses, and I bring a practical perspective to the transition. My goal is to help veterans recognize the strength of what they already carry with them and apply it in ways that open new doors.
