This section provides an in-depth review of the private equity industry and the recruiting process. This session covers the key players in the private equity industry, different types of private equity firms, and the typical recruitment process. Hour 2: Technical Preparation. This section covers the technical skills and knowledge required to successfully navigate private equity interviews. This session covers topics such as financial modeling, valuation techniques, deal structuring, and due diligence. Hour 3: Working with Headhunters / Behavioral Interview. This section covers how to thoughtfully approach headhunter meetings and prepare/navigate behavioral interviews. This section also includes tips/best practices for "superdays" (final round interviews). Hour 4: Mock Interview.
