About Cong

I kicked off my career by landing offers at McKinsey, BCG, and Bain, ultimately joining McKinsey. Alongside my client work, I led undergraduate campus recruiting for McKinsey for four years, meaning I know exactly how elite firms evaluate talent. Currently, I am an MBA candidate at MIT Sloan (with admissions offers from MIT, Tuck, and Yale) and am spending my summer navigating the tech ecosystem as a Strategy and Planning MBA Intern at Cisco. Having successfully pivoted from consulting to big tech, I use my insider recruiting background to help applicants win top-tier offers in both domains. I specialize in strategic storylining, video essays, and interview prep. My clients have recently landed spots at Chicago Booth, NYU Stern, and Oxford. Why do I coach?

I coach because I know firsthand how lonely and overwhelming this process can be. Navigating the worlds of MBB consulting recruiting and top-tier MBA admissions by myself was incredibly difficult.
