- Responsible for the accountability, maintenance, and management of a $30 million account of weapons, optics, and serialized equipment. - Designs, orchestrates, and executes high-fidelity live-fire and force-on-force training packages for three independent platoons (81mm Mortars, Combined Anti-Armor Team, Scout Snipers) - Spearheaded initiative to implement data analytics to track progress and performance over time - Acting Company Commander for two months (Sept/Oct 2024) - Serves as the Assistant Battalion Fire Support Coordinator, orchestrating the clearance and routing of fires within the battalion's area of operations - Responsible for the leadership, development, and mentorship of more than 150 Marines

Platoon Commander, Combined Anti-Armor Team

- Responsible for the leadership, development, education, and tactical employment of 60 Marines organized in three sections across twelve vehicles. Commander in charge of all of the battalion's heavy machine guns and anti-armor missile systems, responsible for ensuring direct fire support and anti-armor protection capabilities to enable adjacent forces freedom of movement. - Designed, orchestrated, and executed more than 8 live-fire ranges and 4 force-on-force ranges, safely expending more than 75,000 rounds of machine gun ammunition and 12 missiles. - Deployed with the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) to the INDOPACOM, participating in two inter-service operations with the Japanese Ground Self Defense Force. - Honor Graduate, Summer Mountain Leader's Course 2-23

- Commanded a platoon of 40 Marines through more than 20 live-fire ranges and 15 force-on-force exercises, safely expending more than 150,000 rounds of ammunition. Designed and served as the officer-in-charge for more than 10 live-fire training exercises, ensuring the readiness and development of more than 150 Marines. - Won tasking as Company C’s main effort platoon through two battalion field exercises and Integrated Training Exercise (ITX) 5-23. During MAGTF Warfighting Exercise (MXW) 5-23, received independent, battalion level tasking. - Responsible for the management and accountability of $1.5 million worth of serialized equipment and weapons. - Honor Graduate of Winter Mountain Leaders Course 2-23.
