Package Description:
This package is built for professionals who want to walk into their interview knowing their stories are ready. Session 1: We start with you. Your background, the role you are targeting, what you are genuinely good at, and the stories you already have. No frameworks, no templates. We find what is real and figure out what is worth building on. In between sessions: You do the work. I give you specific homework to shape your stories into something interview-ready. This is where most of the preparation actually happens. Session 2: We edit. I go through your stories as an interviewer would evaluate them, and we fix what does not land. By the end of this session your stories are tight, specific, and ready for a real interview loop. Optional Session 3: A full mock interview, run the way I conduct interviews at Amazon. You get detailed written feedback afterwards so you can keep refining on your own.

Then we build from there. Most candidates prepare too broadly and land too softly. My job is to help you show up with stories that are tight, specific, and impossible to ignore. Not because they sound impressive. Because they are true and told the right way. I have sat in hundreds of debrief rooms. I know what gets written down, what gets questioned, and what gets a candidate hired. That perspective is what you get when you work with me.
