About Claudia

I work with senior leaders who carry real responsibility. Revenue, people, decisions that shape the direction of a business. At that level, the challenge is rarely knowledge. It is clarity under pressure, alignment across stakeholders, and the ability to act decisively when the stakes are high. My path started in operations, not coaching. I held senior leadership roles across global organizations including Burberry, Tory Burch, Gap Inc., and PwC. I operated at SVP level across multiple countries, leading teams, navigating complexity, and making decisions where there was no clean answer. That experience shapes how I work. I understand the pressure to perform while managing politics, ambiguity, and constant change. I also understand how easy it is for capable leaders to hit a ceiling they cannot immediately see. Today, as a Master Certified Coach and strategic advisor, I partner with executives to sharpen decision-making, expand influence, and increase leadership impact. This is not about theory. It is about how you show up in the moments that define your credibility. My work focuses on: Strengthening executive presence in high-stakes environments Increasing decision velocity without sacrificing quality Navigating complex stakeholder dynamics with clarity and authority Breaking behavioral patterns that limit performance at the next level Clients describe the work as precise, direct, and transformative. I ask the questions most people avoid and create the space for leaders to think, decide, and act at a higher level.

Why do I coach?

I coach because I know what it feels like to carry responsibility without a clear place to think. In my executive roles, I was often the one others relied on. Decisions moved through me. Expectations were high. The room looked confident on the surface, but underneath there was pressure, doubt, and moments where the right move was not obvious. What I did not have early on was a space where I could be fully honest. Not perform. Not protect an image. Just think clearly, challenge my own assumptions, and make better decisions. When I experienced that level of partnership for the first time, it changed how I led. My decisions became sharper. My communication became cleaner. My impact increased because I was no longer carrying everything alone. I have also done the internal work myself. Not conceptually, but in practice. Facing patterns, processing what was underneath them, and learning how to lead without being driven by pressure, approval, or over-responsibility. That work matters. Leaders feel it in how you show up. Coaching, for me, is not about motivation or advice. It is about creating the conditions where you can see clearly, decide faster, and lead with intent. At senior levels, the cost of unclear thinking is high. It slows teams, creates noise, and erodes trust. The right conversation at the right moment can change that. That is why this work matters to me.

Strategy rarely fails on paper. It fails in the room. I work with senior leaders where expectations rise faster than clarity. They are expected to lead in ways they were never trained to handle. When decisions start to loop, alignment weakens, or you find yourself carrying more than you should, that is where our work begins. My work focuses on how you think, decide, and communicate under pressure. Most leaders were promoted for performance. Few were trained to think clearly under pressure. That gap shows up in decisions, alignment, and execution. Not more analysis. Better judgment. Not more alignment meetings. Clear decisions that hold. In our work, we slow down the moment before action. We separate signal from noise. We name what others avoid. And we strengthen how you operate when the stakes are real. You see it in: - Faster, more confident decisions - Clearer communication in high-stakes conversations - Stronger alignment across teams - Execution that no longer needs to be chased I bring 25+ years of global leadership experience across Burberry, Tory Burch, Gap Inc., and PwC, combined with 6,000+ executive coaching sessions. I’ve carried revenue accountability, led global teams, and worked where strategy, power, and personality collide across the US, UK, China, Japan, and Austria. Senior leaders engage me when: - The weight of responsibility becomes isolating - Alignment inside the executive team begins to crack - A role expands faster than internal confidence - A decision carries material financial or reputational risk
