What's included in this package? This session is designed for candidates who are serious about a top MBA programme but aren't sure where to start — or who want a frank, expert read on their candidacy before committing to a full application process. We cover three things in depth: Part 1 — Profile Diagnostic (30 min). I review your CV and LinkedIn in advance and come prepared with a clear-eyed assessment of your candidacy: where you're strong, where you're vulnerable, and how admissions committees are likely to read your profile. I bring the insider perspective of having coached leaders through INSEAD's flagship Personal Leadership Development Programme and working with NHS executives through complex organisational transitions. Part 2 — Narrative Mapping (40 min). Most MBA applicants undersell their leadership impact — they describe what they did, not what it meant. Drawing on my training in system psychodynamics from the NHS Tavistock, I help you surface the deeper leadership narrative running through your career: the themes, the turning points, and the "why now" story that makes your application feel inevitable rather than opportunistic. Part 3 — School Strategy & Action Plan (20 min). We align your profile to the right schools, the right rounds, and the right positioning. You leave with a written School Strategy Memo and a prioritised action plan for the next 90 days.
