This package is for candidates who have a clear school target and application deadline, and need to move fast without cutting corners. It is structured, intensive, and built around your specific schools and prompts — not generic MBA advice. Session 1 — Story Architecture (75 min). We build your master narrative from scratch. Using the psychodynamic approach I developed through my Tavistock training and INSEAD coaching practice, we go beyond surface-level career summaries to identify the leadership identity thread running through your experience. You leave with a complete Narrative Blueprint — the backbone of every essay you will write. Session 2 — Essay Development (90 min). Working from your Narrative Blueprint, we tackle your primary "Why MBA / Why Now" essay and your most important school-specific prompt. I coach you through structure, voice, and the specific signals each school's admissions committee is looking for. Draft feedback is provided within 48 hours. Session 3 — Essay Refinement & Short Answers (60 min). We polish your essays, close the gaps, and work through any short-answer questions. I check for consistency of narrative across all written components — a common failure point that I am trained to identify. Session 4 — Recommender Coaching (45 min). Strong recommendations are crafted, not hoped for. I help you select the right recommenders, brief them with a tailored Recommender Cheat Sheet, and ensure their narrative amplifies — not just repeats — what you say in your essays.
