I'm Cindy Chance, PhD, my mission is driving change for leaders and organizations to move from stalled to strategic, aligned, and growing. Most leaders I work with are ambitious and highly motivated, but stuck; they need change, but can't see what's holding them back. After two decades leading organizational change—and having developed disciplined approaches putting my PhD in ethics to good use—I may be your ideal partner in transformation.
