About Christina

I've spent my career making non-linear moves — higher ed leadership to global tech, individual contributor to executive — and having to rebuild my narrative each time. Layoffs, scope resets, lateral pivots that looked like gambles until they didn't. That pattern taught me something: the gap between talented people who stall and talented people who break through is rarely ability. It's almost always narrative. They can't articulate why the zigzag makes sense, or what they're actually optimizing for, or who they're positioning as in the next chapter. I work with high-achieving professionals at inflection points: career pivots into new industries or functions, MBA applications to top programs, and senior-level job searches where the stakes are high and the margin for a weak story is zero. My background spans Udemy/Coursera, Amazon, Columbia, and a decade of building things from scratch in high-ambiguity environments. I know what decision-makers are looking for, and I know how to help you build a case they can't ignore.

Why do I coach?

I coach because I’ve seen how often talented, capable people stall not because they lack ability, but because they don’t have language for their experience or a framework for making trade-offs. Most career advice is tactical: polish the resume, rehearse the answers, check the boxes. What's usually missing is the strategic layer — deciding who you're positioning as, what you're actually optimizing for, and what's no longer serving the story you're trying to tell. I coach because I've lived the version where that clarity was missing, and I've seen what changes when it's not. I started this practice because I wanted to offer what I wish I'd had: someone who challenges your assumptions, helps you articulate change with kindness but without apology, who makes sure your story holds up in the rooms that matter, and that you weave together a narrative you're proud of as you write your next chapter.
