I was a Senior Partner at Bain & Company and Head of Recruiting for Bain Los Angeles. I was at Bain for over 11 years and I worked with some of Bain's largest and most successful clients. And, as the Partner overseeing global recruiting, I've interviewed and overseen hiring decisions for hundreds of MBAs and undergrads for full time and summer positions. I also taught an "Introduction to Management Consulting" class at UC; a hand-on, practical introduction to the job, structured to provide as close to a real "first case on the job" experience. I led students step-by-step through the process of conducting a strategic full potential diagnostic first-hand. Mock interview cases are essentially the 30 minute "answer-first" to these 3-4 month strategy cases. I've coached hundreds of undergrads and MBAs, helping them master the case interview and successfully navigate the consulting recruitment process.
