UC Berkeley's Executive Product Management Program attracts PMs worldwide who wish to grow their skills. There are 20 years of survey data from thousands of executives and their team members, which I analyze to uncover insights that strengthen our Program and individual PMs. • Analyze 20 years' and 17K+ lines of Excel data spanning 1450+ PMs, identifying the optimal leadership and team characteristics that maximize innovation and team success. These insights are used to strengthen the program's curriculum for 400+ PMs yearly • Create 20+ data visualizations depicting patterns in product management skills and team success using data analytics/visualization tools like NumPy, pandas, and seaborn, to help teams enhance performance Pandas (Software), Matplotlib and +3 skills

Product Management Intern

I worked on DevAssist, an AI-powered coding tool for engineers. I established the product foundation by interviewing dozens of customers to identify unmet needs, and synthesizing findings into clear product requirements. Working directly with engineering and Capital One Ventures, we developed features and evaluated build-versus-buy trade-offs across multiple AI coding platforms. I helped craft our first PRD and communicate the value of DevAssist to our SVP, securing support to move forward with MVP development. • Launched DevAssist to 15K engineers to assist with software development tasks, saving developers 100K+ hours per year, translating into $15M in cost savings • Wrote first PRD and roadmap while collaborating across 4 teams and 30 stakeholders to ideate new Developer Assist features • Presented PRD to Senior VPs to secure buy-in to launch an MVP
