Charles has helped clients get into these companies:
Head of AI PM, Principal PM, MBA, CFA, 10+ years of PM experience. Not only have I been in Product Management for 10+ years, I have also interviewed dozens of PMs on the other side of the table, and know exactly what hiring teams are looking for in Product Managers at all levels. I went from IC product manager to Head of AI Product Management at Intuit MC, where I built Customer Agent from zero to scale across QuickBooks and Mailchimp — cited by Intuit's CEO in Fortune as 'the most significant launch in our history.' Before that, I was Product Lead at Workday Financials serving 750+ of the world's largest organizations. I've lived every stage of the PM career ladder and I know what it takes to climb it. I coach PMs at every level — from aspiring PMs trying to break in, to mid-career PMs preparing for senior or staff roles, to experienced PMs looking to lead AI and platform-scale products. My sessions cover interview prep, resume positioning, career strategy, stakeholder management, and how to stand out in a market where every PM role now expects AI fluency. I've helped clients land roles at Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Cisco, and Workday.

About Charles
I built Customer AI Agent at Intuit — the company's first agentic AI product, scaled to 6 million small businesses across 170 countries. Intuit's CEO called it "the most significant launch in our history" in Fortune. Before that, I was a Product Lead at Workday Financials serving 750+ of the world's largest organizations, and before product management I spent years in quantitative finance at Morgan Stanley and Franklin Templeton. I've been in Product Management for 10+ years and have interviewed hundreds of PMs on the other side of the table. I know exactly what hiring teams are looking for at every level. I coach PMs at every stage — breaking into product for the first time, prepping for interview loops, pushing for promotion to senior or leadership, or making the leap into AI product roles. My sweet spot is AI, fintech, and B2B SaaS, but I've helped PMs across every domain. I hold a CFA charter and an MBA from UCLA Anderson, but what matters most is that I've actually built and shipped products at scale — not just talked about frameworks. I especially love working with people from non-target backgrounds or anyone carrying a bit of self-doubt. I started at a non-target school and pivoted from a completely different industry. I can tell you firsthand — all the paths into PM are real, traditional and non-traditional. YOU CAN DO IT. Bay Area native, live in Burlingame with my wife and our daughter. Warriors fan, golfer, and always happy to chat.
Why do I coach?
I coach because navigating a PM career is harder than it looks — whether you're trying to land your first role, survive a tough interview loop, or figure out how to position yourself for the AI wave reshaping every product org. I've sat in the seat — building 0-to-1 AI products, shipping to millions of users, leading teams across complex organizations. I know what hiring managers want because I've been the hiring manager. I work with PMs at all levels. Career switchers trying to break in. Mid-career PMs who feel stuck. Senior PMs who want to move into AI leadership. Whatever the goal, I bring real operating experience — not frameworks from a blog post. I coach because the right guidance at the right moment can change a career trajectory, and I've seen it happen enough times to know it's worth doing.
