About Chad
From Window Washing to AI-First Product Leadership. My career has been defined by a simple question: How do we build things that actually work, both for the user and the P&L? I’m a 3x Founder and former CPO with 10+ years of experience. I don't just "manage" products; I architect them. My background is an unconventional mix of Big Four consulting (PwC), scrappy entrepreneurship (Thinkative, Brude Synergy, Baucom's Windows), leading product at the growth stage (Gabb), and developing product at a Fortune 50 Company (Verizon). Why do I coach?
I love it! I've always enjoyed coaching, even from a young age. When I was in Jr. High I started a basketball camp for Elementary School kids, because I wanted to teach them what I learned at the Rick Majerus Basketball Camp I had attended. I've had a lot of coaches and mentors in my life and I want to pay it forward. I've helped friends and family get into undergrad, grad school, and get jobs. I mentored for the Big Brothers Big Sisters Program in Los Angeles and I've coached several sports over my lifetime,
