My most comprehensive package! This is designed for an aspiring consultant who is looking to build their recruitment strategy from the ground up. The following sessions are included in the package, though I am happy to be flexible with how we spend our time depending on your unique situation and preparation needs. - Strategy Session and Resume Review (1.5 hr.): In this introductory meeting, we will work together to chart your recruitment journey - understanding your goals, going over your target list of companies, discussing networking strategies, outlining a preparation schedule for both the case and behavioral interviews, and identifying your unique differentiators. We'll also discuss your previous work and refine your resume to highlight your experience with the core consultant skillset. - Three Skills Building Sessions (1.5 hr. each): Through these three sessions, we'll break down the entire case interview process, building familiarity, skills, and confidence with each piece. You'll review the core types of cases and frameworks, practice market sizing and math skills, get comfortable with exhibits, and learn time-saving shortcuts. - Three Mock Case Interviews (1 hr. each): For each session, which will be spaced out throughout the prep cycle, we will go through a full, live case simulation and a personalized debrief, where I'll walk you through your performance step-by-step and provide feedback for improvement. - Two Mock Behavioral Interviews (30 min. each): For each session, you'll go through a full behavioral interview simulation and a personalized debrief for each. If you need support with crafting your unique narrative and stories, we can optionally spend our first session on that as well. Throughout our work, you'll develop and implement systems to keep yourself on track and progressing towards your unique recruitment goals. By the end, you will have gained a deep understanding of the interview process, strategies to stand out, and targeted practice with every component of the case interview. You will go into your interviews with confidence, knowing you've simulated the process successfully and mastered the tools to stand out.
