Amazon UX Designer. Guarantee Your 1st UX Job and Get Promoted Fast!

My job is to get you interviews at, and accepted to companies that will help accelerate your UX career. Whether that be a tech giant like Amazon or a company in your field of interest (finances, AR/VR, healthcare, etc.), together we will work backwards from your ideal outcome and ensure you feel confident about your performance, opportunities and compensation. Otherwise, what’s the point, right? If I can’t raise the stakes for you, what am I getting paid for? For those in industry, we will work closely together to craft an irrefutable promotion document that emphasizes a data and insight driven narrative. We will have your leadership questioning: “why haven’t we promoted them sooner?” At Amazon, I have participated, evaluated and shadowed the interview and hiring process for both contract and full-time employees. I’m familiar with what hiring managers at Big Tech are looking for, and what you can do to stand out in a highly lucrative and competitive market. I have coached for around 5 years now, and have helped many mentees land their first UX job or get into their dream MHCI program. What will coaching with me look like? I will take a deep dive into getting to know you, your story and what motivates you. We will build a “working-backwards” plan where you’ll get to dreamscape your ideal future. From there, I will work to craft a bespoke plan for you. You’ll have clear guidelines and steps in how to achieve every line item on your “working-backwards” plan and land that role. Warning: I will be brutally honest with you, about your chances and about ways to improve those chances. Feedback will be unfiltered. The expectation is that the steps I lay out will be completed (I will hound you on task deadlines and insist on better revisions even when you feel it’s “good enough”). BUT, if you take this opportunity seriously, we will work together to make sure that you are a successful designer in your dream job. I put high stakes on myself — but again — there should be since you are paying for my services. Note that because this process is painstaking and time consuming, it may require more than one session to complete. Ad hoc session support is always welcome, but you may not see the same results as someone who dedicates themselves to the whole package (this is not me trying to sell you the most expensive option, just being real about the level of dedication between a one-off session and a multi-day experience).
