About Carlo

I am a BCG consultant. Originally from Italy, I spent the first 20 years of my life dancing ballet professionally. Yeah, ballet was my job and I danced in various companies around the world. in 2021, I matriculated at Stanford GSB for an MBA. Upon graduation in 2023, I started working at BCG as a consultant! At BCG, I am exploring a variety of new industries and functions. I have no specific are of focus yet, but I know that in the future I will return to the ballet world, potentially as an administrator, or artistic leader.

Why do I coach?

I believe that everyone has a chance to enter a top school. However, having direct access to people that fully understand the culture of a school can be key during the application process. I want to help non-traditional applicants shape their stories and past experiences to fit what leading MBA programs are looking for, cause I believe the business world will benefit from having people with diverse backgrounds. Nevertheless, I am also interested in working with more traditional applicants that might need help refining their narrative.
