About Carla

I’m Carla, an Economics graduate from IE University currently working in Network Strategy at Iberia. I previously worked at Monitor Deloitte in strategy consulting and I’m also a mentor at Zrive (a platform connecting top students with mentoring and career opportunities). I focus on helping students interested in strategy and aviation better understand the industry and how to break into it.

Why do I coach?

I coach because I know how confusing it can be to navigate early career decisions, especially when it comes to less visible paths like aviation. I was lucky to receive strong guidance during my time at IE, and through my experience in consulting, Iberia, and mentoring at Zrive (a platform connecting top students with career opportunities), I’ve seen how much impact the right advice at the right time can have. I enjoy helping people understand their options, position themselves better, and approach recruiting with more clarity and confidence.
