Package Description:

Not sure where to start — or whether coaching is right for you? This focused, single-session engagement delivers immediate strategic value with no long-term commitment. We'll identify exactly where you're stuck, assess your current positioning, and leave you with a prioritized set of next steps you can act on right away. ---------------------------------- IDEAL FOR: Students, new grads, and early-career professionals who want expert input before committing to a longer engagement or who have one specific challenge to solve right now. ---------------------------------- WHAT WE ACCOMPLISH: • Rapid assessment of your current positioning, materials, or search strategy • Identification of your highest-leverage next moves • Honest, experienced feedback on your resume, LinkedIn, or narrative — wherever the biggest gap is • Open Q&A throughout the full session — bring any question about job search strategy, recruiting, positioning, or next steps and get direct, experienced answers in real time (Many clients use this session as a starting point before moving into a full package.) ---------------------------------- HOW IT WORKS: This is a single, focused 75-minute session conducted via Zoom or in person — no long-term commitment required. You'll come with your questions, materials, or challenges, and we'll move through them with structure and purpose. Within 24 hours of our session, you'll receive a written recap and prioritized action plan so you leave with clarity and immediate next steps, not just a good conversation.

What you'll get from this package

• Written Session Recap — A concise summary of everything we covered, including key insights, decisions made, and the strategic priorities we identified together, delivered after your session so nothing gets lost

• Prioritized Action Plan — A clear, sequenced list of your next moves with specific steps you can begin executing immediately following our conversation

• Personalized Resource List — Curated tools, frameworks, or references specific to your situation and goals, recommended during our session to support your next phase of work

• 30-Day Follow-Up Check-In — A brief async touchpoint via email within 30 days of your session where you can share progress, ask a follow-up question, or get a quick gut-check as you execute your plan

Coaching delivered via live sessions.

My coaching style is direct and encouraging. I'll challenge your thinking, push you toward clarity, and hold you accountable, while making sure the process always feels grounded and tailored to where you are, not where I think you should be. This session is structured around clear outcomes, but we move at your pace. What sets my approach apart is years of experience seeing the hiring process from the inside.

I bring my full experience to every client, whether you're a college student preparing for your first recruiting cycle or a mid-career professional navigating a strategic pivot. My approach is direct and encouraging, structured but flexible, and always focused on the person as much as the process. The goal is never just the next role. It's the clarity, confidence, and momentum you carry with you long after we finish. I'm genuinely invested in your success, and I look forward to the work ahead!
