Revenue Fundamentals for Early Stage - High Growth Companies
I've guided several businesses through the early stages of revenue growth. From establishing validation of their idea, identifying their ICP and strategizing on their go-to-market game plan, don't make the same mistakes that other companies have had to. Once this foundation is set, the work of building structured and scalable teams, systems and processes is next. Tools and tech stacks are then introduced, but require fundamental understanding of how they're going to be used at scale. Then comes tailored and impactful messaging, scripts and collateral. Once we have sales opportunities to start the funnel and pipeline, I will ensure efficiency throughout the customer journey with sales, and beyond into implementation and customer success. Strategy building and training on growth and expansion efforts round out the revenue cycle. This process scales as the business grows. My experience as a founder and mastering this process through various companies in SaaS, serving 10+ industries has solidified the process, the roadmap and the outcome.
