AI Strategy and Transformation Coach with deep enterprise experience

I help leaders and teams move from AI experimentation to real organizational transformation. Over the last several years, I’ve worked at the intersection of product leadership, enterprise transformation, and applied AI. Most recently, I’ve been leading product and transformation work on a large-scale Agentic AI initiative at a large Agritech Enterprise, helping design and operationalize an AI-powered employee support platform that integrates across IT, HR, procurement, finance, and enterprise systems. My work goes beyond implementing AI features. I help organizations rethink workflows, service delivery, operating models, and employee experiences in a world where AI agents become digital collaborators. This includes defining AI strategy, identifying high-value use cases, designing human-in-the-loop systems, improving adoption, aligning stakeholders, and translating complex technical concepts into practical business outcomes. Before this, I spent ~15 years in product leadership across startups and enterprise environments, including serving as Chief Product Officer at multiple companies and founding a VC-backed AI startup. I’ve worked hands-on with AI product strategy, conversational UX, workflow automation, retrieval systems, agentic architectures, and enterprise integrations long before AI became mainstream.
