About Bryce
I always thought I wanted to work in the medical field. Following my undergraduate degree I earned a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy at Duke University. After working as a Physical Therapist I realized that being a clinician for the rest of my career was not what I wanted. To keep a long story short, I was able to successfully transition out of clinical care and within a few years was in a VP position in a field that I love and am passionate about: Employee Development. Now I build, manage, and consult on training programs to help employees grow, develop, and obtain the jobs they desire. If you are seeking a career change and don't know where to start or how to translate your experience to a new field, I can help! My own personal experience along with the training and coaching I provide everyday may be exactly what you need to take that first step to the career you want.
