About Dr. Bryce

I've been where you are now: a scientist-founder building a new business from the ground up. I wish I'd had an experienced coach guiding and challenging me along the way--I would have been a more effective leader and taken better care of myself, too. I experienced major role and life changes as a founder. First, I transitioned from CEO to CSO after guiding my company through its first two venture funding rounds. Later, I stepped down altogether for health reasons after about a decade of building. Through the extreme ups and downs of the startup journey, perspective is essential: there is much more to life than your startup.
