As a seasoned diversity recruiter with experience at Chevron and Microsoft, I’ve spent years identifying, engaging, and mentoring top STEM talent from underrepresented backgrounds. At Chevron, I served as the Lead Recruiter for DEI-focused STEM conferences, where I was responsible for coordinating our recruitment strategy, managing interview schedules, and leading the on-the-ground recruiting team.
