This includes how you frame your work, how you communicate your impact, how you build support among managers and partners, and how you navigate performance cycles and feedback. The goal is to help you move from “strong performer” to a clear promotion case, with the visibility and support needed to get there ahead of schedule. This is best suited for consultants targeting early promotion within the next 6–12 months.
