As a two-time GRE Verbal recipient of a 170 and 169 (both 99th percentile), I am passionate about helping you reach your target GRE score and secure your place at top institutions. More importantly, I want to teach you how to think. About Bri
I am a dual-degree student at Harvard Kennedy School and MIT Sloan School of Management, and I help applicants turn their experiences into clear, compelling stories that get results. My clients have been admitted to programs at Harvard and MIT, including Harvard Kennedy School and MIT’s MSRED. Before graduate school, I worked in government consulting, advising state health agencies on Medicaid innovation and operational strategy. I also interpreted Executive Branch policy for firm leadership, helping translate complex policy decisions into actionable guidance for internal teams. Now I coach clients to secure offers and MBA sponsorships at Big 4 firms like Deloitte and Accenture, drawing on my experience in the room with decision-makers. My approach is strategic but highly personal. Many of the applicants I work with are strong (but not perfect!) on paper and unsure how to position their experiences, especially those coming from public sector, social impact, or nontraditional paths. I help them build a narrative that is both authentic and clearly differentiated. My goal is simple: to help you articulate your story in a way that makes admissions committees, and you, see just how strong it already is.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I believe access to opportunity should not depend on having insider information on how the process works. Coaching can make a real difference in the admissions process. I've seen how small shifts in positioning, clearer feedback, and more intentional storytelling can change outcomes. At the same time, that kind of guidance is not evenly distributed, and many of the applicants who would benefit most are left to figure it out on their own. To me, that's not fair. I want to help applicants who have done great work position it in a way that leads to real outcomes, whether that is admission to a top program or an offer they were not sure was within reach. I hope every applicant I work with leaves our sessions feeling informed, confident, and ready to communicate the story only they can tell to admissions committees and beyond.
Work Experience

President
Kalos Academy
September 2022 - June 2024
As President of Kalos Academy, a national nonprofit serving first-generation, low-income college students, I led efforts to expand mentorship, strengthen programming, and drive student success. I helped design and implement a year-long curriculum that equipped FGLI students with the academic, professional, and personal tools to thrive in college and the job market. Under my leadership, Kalos supported more than 100 students in earning competitive internships, transferring to their top-choice universities, and building confidence in their long-term career paths.

Consultant - Senior Consultant
Deloitte
September 2020 - August 2025
During my time at Deloitte, I earned firm sponsorship for my MBA and helped others do the same. That experience, along with my exposure to how decisions are made internally, informs how I coach clients through consulting recruiting, case interviews, and sponsorship processes. In my core work, I advised state and federal health agencies on Medicaid modernization and operational strategy. My work spanned strategy and operations across large-scale government systems, including healthcare transformation, future of work initiatives, and IT strategy, with projects focused on improving efficiency, service delivery, and organizational effectiveness. I also worked closely with senior leadership to translate federal policy developments into clear, actionable insights for internal teams. This included preparing briefings and rapid-turnaround analyses to support decision-making in a fast-moving policy environment.
