Applying to the Harvard Kennedy School requires more than strong experience. You need to present a clear, credible case for how your background connects to a defined path in public service and policy. Many applicants struggle to do this well. Their goals feel broad, their narrative lacks focus, or their application materials do not consistently reinforce the same story. Strong candidates are often overlooked because their application does not clearly communicate who they are and where they are going. I am a current Harvard Kennedy School student, and I work with applicants to build applications that are clear, focused, and compelling. At the core of this process is storytelling: making sense of your experiences, identifying what drives your goals, and translating that into a positioning that resonates with HKS. We approach your application as a strategy problem. We define your positioning early and apply it consistently across every part of the application, from essays to resume to interviews. 📍 We will cover: narrative development and positioning; HKS-specific essay strategy and editing; resume and activities; recommendation strategy; interview preparation; and scholarship considerations. ✅ By the end, you will have a cohesive application, polished materials, and a clear, confident way to articulate your goals.
