I spent 20 years on Broadway music teams. I know what it looks like when someone is talented, prepared, and still can't figure out how to get in the room — or what to do once they're there. That's the gap I help close. Coaching with me isn't a generic process with a laminated worksheet at the end. It's a real conversation about where you are, where you want to go, and what's actually getting in the way. Sometimes that's strategy. Sometimes it's self-doubt. Sometimes it's your resume. Usually it's a combination. I bring humor, directness, and zero judgment. I will not make this painful. My background is in music and theater, which means I understand your world — the culture, the hustle, the weird hybrid of artistry and career management that nobody really prepares you for. My credentials include an MFA in Musical Theater Writing from NYU, a Professional Coaching Credential from the ICF, and certification from the Co-Active Training Institute.
