Most professionals with ADHD have spent years being told to try harder, stay organized, or just focus. That advice doesn't work because you're wired differently than the systems most workplaces were built around. My unique ADHD Oasis coaching method is based on helping you to understand: 1. How ADHD brain chemistry works 2. What you can and can't control (what is your brain chemistry, what is your psychology, what is your personality) 3. How to have more control over the ADHD 'spilled milk' that makes you feel like a ten year old worried of screwing up 4. How to communicate what ADHD is (a different mental operating system) to others to help them understand you better 5. How to create effective tools and systems around ADHD challenges (organizing, planning, time blindness, communicating, etc) I have ADHD myself. I've spent nearly 20 years coaching neurodivergent professionals, tech leaders, and founders, including clients from Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Y Combinator, and Techstars. I hold an MA and an ICF PCC credential. I don't coach from a textbook. I coach from lived experience, neuroscience research, and extensive training in coaching (250+ hours) and psychology (5 years). What this looks like I offer two package sizes: 5 hours for professionals who want focused, practical work on a specific set of challenges, and 10 hours for people who want deeper, more sustained work over two to three months. Both are structured as 50-minute 1:1 sessions, typically weekly or every two weeks depending on your schedule and goals. Before our first call you'll fill out a short intake questionnaire so we start with context, not small talk. After each session I send you notes and a clear set of next steps so nothing falls through the cracks. Between sessions you can reach me by email and I respond within 48 hours. My coaching style is direct and practical. I ask a lot of questions, I don't sugarcoat, and I'm not interested in insight for its own sake. What I care about is whether things are actually changing for you. What we work on The first session is diagnostic regardless of which package you choose. We map out exactly where you're losing time and energy, identify the two or three changes that would make the biggest immediate difference, and leave with a clear plan for the work ahead. The 5-hour package is built around triage and momentum. By the end you'll have a workweek structure that accounts for how your brain actually operates, a short stack of go-to systems for the situations that trip you up most (meetings, deadlines, task-switching, starting hard things), and a clear understanding of where your ADHD is helping you and where it's costing you. The 10-hour package goes further. After the initial triage work we dig into the patterns underneath the problems that keep showing up no matter how many productivity systems you've tried. By the final sessions you'll have rebuilt how you approach your work from the ground up, with systems that have already been tested and adjusted in real conditions. Clients who go through the full ten hours typically come out with a meaningfully different relationship to their work: less firefighting, more intentional use of their strengths, and a clearer sense of what kind of environment and structure they need to do their best. Across both packages, most clients make concrete progress on: building a weekly structure that reduces decision fatigue and keeps priorities visible, developing a personal system for managing tasks and follow-through that doesn't collapse under pressure, getting out of chronic reactive mode so the important work actually gets done, navigating workplace challenges specific to neurodivergent professionals including how to talk about your ADHD strategically with managers or direct reports, and closing the gap between the leader or contributor you know you can be and what you're consistently showing up as. Who this is for Professionals, managers, and leaders with ADHD (diagnosed or self-identified) in fast-paced environments like tech, startups, finance, or consulting. People who are clearly capable but feel like they're running on fumes to keep up, and are done with advice that doesn't account for how they're actually wired. You don't need to have it figured out before we start. That's the whole point. I look forward to learning about your ADHD challenges and coaching you into a new experience of being more effective and fulfilled at work and home.
A personal operating guide that captures how your brain works, what conditions you need to perform well, and how to communicate that to the people you work with.
A set of tested, customized systems for focus, task management, and weekly planning. Clear language for talking about your ADHD at work that's professional and strategic rather than apologetic.
A specific plan for continuing to build on the progress we've made after our engagement ends.
New simple and effective organizational systems and habits for capturing your ideas and tasks instead of stressing about them, losing them, and missing important delivereables.
Coaching delivered via live sessions.
I have ADHD, 20 years of coaching experience working with professionals, a masters degree in clinical and counseling psychology, and ICF PCC credential. Most typical ADHD coaching focuses on symptom management without an understanding of psychology and neuroscience. I'm less interested in helping you cope and more interested in helping you figure out how your brain actually works so you can build a professional life around that. I understand the mental suffering of having ADHD in professional situations. There's a difference between managing your ADHD and leveraging it, and that's the territory we work in. My style is direct and collaborative. I'll tell you what I see, ask hard questions, and push back when something isn't adding up, but this is your work, not mine. I follow your lead on what matters most and we move at a pace that works for you. I've worked with clients from Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Y Combinator, and Techstars. I also run New Tech Northwest, a 60,000-member tech community in the Pacific Northwest, which means I understand the specific pressures and culture of the tech and startup world from the inside. What sets my professional coaching apart is pretty simple: I've been where you are. I know what it actually feels like to be one of the smartest people in the room who can't get out of their own way.
I respond to all client communication within 48 hours. Sessions are held over video and I ask for at least 24 hours notice to reschedule.
