About Brandon

Hi, I'm Brandon. For more than 20 years, I've helped organizations identify, assess, and hire exceptional talent. My career has included talent acquisition leadership roles at Heidrick & Struggles, RSM, and PwC, where I've partnered with leaders across professional services, consulting, corporate functions, and emerging growth businesses to make critical hiring decisions. Throughout my career, I've interviewed and evaluated thousands of candidates—from early-career professionals to senior executives—and have developed a deep understanding of what helps candidates stand out and what often holds them back. Today, I help job seekers navigate career transitions with greater confidence, clarity, and purpose. Whether you're refining your personal brand, preparing for interviews, optimizing your resume and LinkedIn profile, or developing a broader career strategy, my goal is to help you communicate the best version of yourself. My coaching approach combines practical recruiting insight with honest, actionable feedback. Why do I coach?

For as long as I can remember, I've been energized by helping other people succeed. Throughout my career, I've led recruiting teams, advised hiring leaders, mentored employees, and helped thousands of professionals navigate important career decisions. While I enjoyed the work itself, what I found most rewarding was never filling a role or achieving a hiring target—it was helping people recognize their strengths, build confidence, and realize potential they didn't always see in themselves. I've also spent more than twenty years working within systems that can feel confusing, intimidating, or frustrating to navigate. Whether it's recruiting, interviewing, networking, or career advancement, I've learned that success often depends not only on talent and hard work, but also on understanding how the process works. While I've never been particularly interested in "working the system" for my own benefit, I genuinely enjoy helping others understand it and use that knowledge to their advantage. Coaching allows me to combine several things I love: helping people solve problems, providing practical guidance, sharing hard-earned experience, and celebrating the success that follows. I work with individuals at all stages of their careers—from those just getting started to experienced professionals navigating major transitions—because I find every career journey fascinating. At its core, coaching gives me the opportunity to do what I've always enjoyed most: helping people discover, articulate, and pursue the best version of themselves.
