I'll help you with the best practices in approaching your prospects and all the details required to make them official. 3. Articles of incorporation. I'll help you write your articles of incorporation the right way, so you get approved the first time. Articles of incorporation for a Non-Profit must have specific language and statements. 4. Incorporate. I'll help you incorporate as a Non-Profit corporation in your state. 5. Employer Identification Number: I'll help you get your EIN from the IRS. 6. Federal Tax-Exempt Status: This is where you become an OFFICIAL 501c3, exempt from taxes! This is table stakes if you want to be a credible Non-Profit, especially if you want to fundraise and have operations. I'll help you assemble your Form 1023 and file it with the government. 7. State Tax-Exempt Status (if applicable): Some states require a separate exemption. 8. Set Up Compliance: I'll ensure you're on autopilot for all things compliance, from financial protocols to annual filings.
