If you have a business idea, you won't believe how quickly you can get your first paying customer. This package includes the following, but feel free to adapt based on your unique situation and goals: 1. Kickoff Meeting: We'll meet 1:1 to dive into your business idea. We'll explore the pain point you're trying to solve and who you're solving it for. 2. Establishing Product Market Fit (PMF): I'll set you up with a clear and simple playbook to confirm PMF, or to adapt until you reach it. This is the most important step and the one almost all founders get wrong; get it right, and there's nothing stopping you from having a business. I'm completely accessible for asynchronous coaching as you establish PMF, which can take anywhere from 24 hours to a couple of weeks depending on your urgency. 3. Hack a Minimum Viable Product (MVP): Once you have PMF, we'll come back together for a 1:1 to actually build your MVP. We'll dive into your user, discuss the journey(s) a user will have with your business, and prototype it. I'll ensure you have all the tools and confidence you need to go and finish up your functioning MVP after our call. 4. Get Paid: Once you have a functioning MVP, I'll work with you to get your first paying user. This is the part that surprises founders: assuming we nailed steps 1-3, this part is easy.
