About Beatriz
Hi! I'm Beatriz. I graduated from Harvard Business School in 2025 and have worked across financial services, non-profit, and tech ventures in the U.S. and Latin America. My coaching focuses on helping international applicants identify the narrative that connects their experiences, career goals, and personal story, and turning that into strong essays and a cohesive MBA application. If you’re starting your MBA applications or considering applying in the coming months, I’d love to help you shape your background into a clear and compelling application narrative.
Why do I coach?
Throughout the past years, I have helped multiple friends navigate their MBA applications through the essay-writing and interview preparation process, and I’m excited to formalize that work through Leland. I have also been mentoring international students in their application process to U.S. colleges since 2017 through the EducationUSA advising program, helping them navigate a system that can often feel unfamiliar and difficult to decode. My coaching style is direct and structured, with clear milestones throughout the application process and sessions tailored to each applicant’s background. Big goals can feel overwhelming, so I focus on breaking the application journey into smaller, digestible steps.
