Austrella has helped clients get into these companies:
Welcome to my profile! I am a sales coach passionate about helping people build confidence, communicate value clearly, and develop relationship-driven sales skills. My sales foundation comes from my time at Goldman Sachs, where I worked as a Regional Consultant supporting financial advisors across a large territory. In that role, I learned how to identify client needs, tailor messaging, manage pipelines, handle objections, and build trust with clients in a highly competitive environment. Beyond sales execution, I bring a leadership and coaching lens to helping others strengthen their presence, refine their pitch, and become more intentional in how they build relationships. I am now pursuing my MBA at Columbia Business School, where I also serve as president of one of the school’s affinity networks. Whether you are preparing for a client-facing role, improving your sales confidence, or learning how to turn conversations into opportunities, I would be excited to help you grow.

About Austrella
I know what it feels like to have big goals and need the right strategy, confidence, and support to reach them. I am a Columbia Business School MBA candidate, former Goldman Sachs Associate and Regional Consultant, former collegiate basketball captain, and current president of one of Columbia Business School’s affinity networks. My journey has been shaped by leadership, resilience, high-performance environments, and a deep belief that the right coaching can change someone’s trajectory. At Goldman Sachs, I built strong client relationships, supported financial advisors across a large territory, and passed the SIE, Series 7, and Series 63. At Columbia, I continue to sharpen my leadership, finance, and strategy toolkit while helping build community and create opportunities for others. As a coach, I bring structure, honesty, warmth, and real-world experience. I will help you clarify your goals, strengthen your story, prepare with intention, and show up with confidence. Whether you are working on leadership, sales, career growth, or licensing exams, I am here to help you move with purpose and win.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I know how powerful it is to have someone believe in you, challenge you, and help you see a path forward before you can fully see it yourself. Throughout my journey, from being a first-generation student and collegiate basketball player to building my career at Goldman Sachs and now pursuing my MBA at Columbia Business School, mentorship has played a huge role in my growth. I have had coaches, managers, professors, and peers who pushed me to think bigger, prepare better, and trust my own voice. Their support helped me navigate competitive spaces, overcome setbacks, and step into rooms with more confidence. That is the kind of support I want to give others. Coaching matters to me because talent is everywhere, but access, strategy, and confidence are not always evenly distributed. I want to help people clarify their goals, tell their stories well, prepare with intention, and move closer to the opportunities they deserve.
