I help therapists, counseling students, and clinicians decide what comes next when full-time clinical work no longer fits and non-clinical careers are an option. I have a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling, a certificate in College Counseling, and 10+ years in career counseling. After grad school, I spent five years pursuing licensure across outpatient, in-home, school, college, and hospice settings. Before COVID, I moved across state lines and chose to focus fully on career counseling and coaching instead of restarting licensure. In the past year, I’ve worked with 20+ therapist clients, many reducing caseloads or pivoting out of therapy. One recent client went from working three jobs to a fully remote, six-figure role in healthcare tech by translating her clinical experience into a non-clinical career. I also teach career counseling to therapists and counseling students, helping them integrate career work ethically or build a second income with clear boundaries.
