Why do I coach?
I have managed over 100 product managers in my career and mentored dozens of others, and have helped them learn, mature, get promoted, and achieve great things. I love sharing my experience and watching people grow. In fact, developing my teams was the most interesting part of my job in my late career (the product management part was easy!).
