About Anthony

I'm a strategy and operations leader with nearly 15 years of experience at Netflix, Meta, and Google/YouTube across a range of business units including creative, marketing, product, sales, and partnerships. I've been fortunate to lead, manage, and work globally on a mix established and first-of-kind teams.

Why do I coach?

My coaching is oriented towards scoping and selling market opportunities, establishing operating foundations (goals, KPIs, etc), and stakeholder management. With a background in graphic and communication design, I also care deeply about data-driven storytelling and the importance of packaging. Having pivoted into strategy and operations from a different role at Google and managed through every flavor of re-org under the sun since, I'm game to help strategize with those wanting to make the jump into the discipline or chart a path forward in moments of friction or uncertainty.
