About Ansh
I've helped candidates land 25+ offers across tech and consulting — and before that, I was the one sitting in the hot seat figuring out how to actually break in. On the industry side, I've worked as a Program Management intern at Microsoft (federal contracts team) and as a Consulting Analyst at Stout on the IP and data team, and I'm about to start as a Business Analyst at Capital One. That mix means I've seen hiring up close at a big tech company, a boutique consulting firm, and a large corporate analyst program — three very different processes, three very different "what actually gets you hired" playbooks. On Campus at the University of Illinois I had served as a Project Director at the Illinois Consulting Group, where I've been staffed on projects spanning every major industry, and I've spent the last few years mentoring dozens of students trying to break into tech and consulting. I've also served as a Project Director with Product Space, coaching candidates specifically on product management career paths — so whether you're gunning for a case interview or a PM behavioral round, I've been in the room for both. Put it all together and here's what I can actually do for you: build a resume that gets you the interview (not just a "thanks for applying"), network with purpose instead of cold-emailing into the void, nail the case interview efficiently without just memorizing frameworks, and crush your behavioral rounds by turning your actual experiences into a story that lands. I've done this for myself and for dozens of other candidates. Happy to do it for you too.
Why do I coach?
Coaching matters to me because I used Leland myself to land my offers and interviews, and I want to pay forward the difference my coaches made for me. I remember going into college completely lost — overwhelmed by the number of career paths and options, and with no idea how to actually approach an interview. That led me to prep inefficiently and waste time on the wrong things. It wasn't until I worked with coaches of my own that I learned how to practice and prep the right way, and that's when I actually started to succeed. Being a coach now means I get to give you all the steps I wish I had — so no part of the interview process or recruiting cycle feels confusing or overwhelming.
