About Anna

I'm an HBS alum (Class of 2018) and spent several years at McKinsey before moving into healthcare operations, where I now lead population health at a venture-backed startup. I've hired a lot of people along the way and spent a lot of time in rooms where MBA applications get discussed. I went to UW-Madison, not a target school, and figured out the HBS, Kellogg, Tuck, and Fuqua application. That background makes me more useful to people whose story doesn't fit the standard mold — career changers, healthcare folks, anyone who isn't sure how to frame what they've done into something that lands. I give direct feedback and will tell you when something isn't working. That's the point.
