My mantra is to be helpful. If I'm not helpful, I'll get out of your way. So much about career satisfaction has to do with fit. Find a place that values you for the things you're uniquely good at and being at work can feel fun, exciting, and also rewarding. I attended Harvard for undergrad and Stanford for my masters. I've worked at 10 person start-ups to 100,000 person companies like Google.
