From there, I build a clear plan and help refine your story so it connects with recruiters and hiring teams. Between sessions, you have direct async access to me for questions, feedback, and small adjustments as you make progress. I move with intention, I give honest direction, and I make sure you always know your next step. The goal is to bring clarity, structure, and steady support without making the process more complicated than it needs to be.
You are getting my time and my mind at their highest level. I keep communication tight and intentional, and I respond within a day unless we plan otherwise. Sessions are scheduled with notice so we can do real work, not scramble. Your progress depends on you following through on the steps we set, and I will hold you to that.
