From there, I build a customized job search blueprint and help refine your story so it connects clearly with recruiters and hiring teams. Between sessions, you have direct async access to me for quick questions, feedback, and small adjustments that keep you moving. I work quickly, I give honest direction, and I make sure you always know your next step. The goal is clarity, structure, and real support without making the process heavier than it needs to be.
You are getting my time and my mind at their highest level. I keep communication tight and intentional, and I respond within a day unless we plan otherwise.
