About Andrew
Hi everyone! I’m Andrew. I grew up between Seoul and Seattle and graduated from Amherst College in 2018 with a double major in math and history. I started my career as a business analyst at ION, then taught English in Bulgaria through Fulbright, and later moved into sales at LinkedIn. Each role gave me a new lens—into business, culture, and communication—but I realized I wanted deeper exposure to the foundations of business. That led me to the Wharton Lauder MBA/MA program, where I broadened my global perspective and sharpened my sense of purpose. During my time there, I spent a stint in consulting at EY-Parthenon, but I ultimately found myself most energized by helping founders define and scale their go-to-market strategy. Now, I lead early-stage GTM at Unify. It’s been a winding path, but I’m grateful for every turn. If there’s one through-line through it all, it’s this: people matter more than anything, your agency should come before anything else, and things make sense only in retrospect (so don't fret if it doesn't in the moment). Outside of work, I love collecting old records, playing pickup basketball and ping pong, watching Linklater films, and exploring neighborhoods through food and long walks. I recently completed the Camino de Santiago (~500 miles in 30 days), so ask me about that too!
Why do I coach?
I coach because I’ve been a beneficiary of great coaching myself. Through the twists of my own career - from teaching and sales to consulting and go-to-market - I’ve gained the kind of clarity that only comes in hindsight. My goal is to offer that same perspective to others who may be navigating self-doubt, non-traditional paths, or uncertain next steps. I’ve faced my share of roadblocks and know how valuable it is to have someone in your corner. As a former admissions committee member at Wharton, I also know exactly what adcoms are looking for, and I’m excited to pay it forward by helping others craft and own their stories with confidence.
