I've spent my career on both sides of the table. As a Project Leader at BCG in Dubai and Saudi Arabia, I led strategy engagements for governments and major corporates across the Gulf. Since then, I've seen consulting from every other angle: as an independent strategy advisor to companies across Europe and the Middle East, and as a Strategy Manager at Masdar, one of the world's leading clean energy companies, where I sat on the client side and see which consultants actually add value. I'm also the founder of Consulting Bootcamp, where I've trained and assessed 200+ candidates and professionals on the MBB toolkit, using a structured methodology that measures real skill improvement.
