About Ancy
With 25 + years of experience at global companies and unicorn startups, I have a unique perspective on the workplace. I've been a career changer multiple times, been able to lead and grow large organizations, and have had a lot of rewarding and challenging experiences along the way. I've found a way to make my unique experience my superpower, and I'd love to help others looking to learn about this non-traditional path. I've recently left corporate to work in academia as an adjunct professor and MBA/MS graduate career advisor. The mix of extensive corporate experience and an up-to-date view of the job market helps me be action-oriented with those I coach.
Why do I coach?
As a woman of color in predominately homogenous spaces, I did not seek out help/guidance as I needed. It wasn't until I met a few great leaders who took the time to help me that I realized the impact of a great coach and mentor. They fundamentally changed how I viewed myself, my potential, and my future. As I've moved up the corporate ladder, I've made it my mission to help wherever I could so others could have a similar experience to what I was offered - so that others can see their own potential and have more control over their future!
