About Ananya

I’m a Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Consultant and incoming INSEAD MBA candidate with deep experience in management consulting recruitment and case interview prep coaching. I began my journey at Duke University, where I successfully recruited for consulting roles, landing an internship at Accenture Strategy and a full-time offer from BCG. At BCG, I was promoted from Associate to Consultant, working across Retail, Travel & Tourism, TMT, and Go-To-Market strategy. I also played an active role in firm recruiting, mentoring candidates at both the Associate and Consultant levels. With years of firsthand experience and two successful recruiting cycles under my belt, I’ve coached dozens of students through every stage of the consulting process - from crafting standout resumes and personal narratives to mastering both case and behavioral interviews.
